Our MMI box is only compatible with the PCM system and not CDR system.
How to check your Porsche PCM version:
- Step one - You need to start the vehicle to activate the PCM.
- Step two - Now simultaneously press the "Source" and "Info" buttons.
Another way to do this is by going to Info > Options > System Version.
Many Porsche cars are equipped with a display that has a CDR system, which is similar to the PCM system but still has its own differences. Unfortunately, this kit is not compatible with vehicles that have the CDR system. An example of how to distinguish between PCM and CDR in a Porsche system is as follows:
